MODERATE. My symptoms can vary and can sometimes get in the way of daily life. My skin tends to feel itchy, irritated and often flares up
SEVERE. My symptoms can sometimes feel tricky to manage. My skin tends to flare-up regularly and often interferes with daily life, stopping me from doing the things I’d like

My skin tends to feel....

DRY. My skin feels tight and has slight flaking and scaling. I want my skin to feel hydrated
ITCHY. My skin feels irritated and sore where I am scratching. I’d like something to soothe the itch
SENSITIVE. My symptoms are often triggered by things like soaps and cosmetics. My skin can feel worse in dry and cold climates. I’d like something to protect against irritants

I prefer to use...

A GEL. Halfway between an ointment and a cream. Lighter and more easily absorbed than an ointment but needs to be applied more frequently
AN OINTMENT. Thicker than a gel, so a little less comfortable on the skin, but provides longer lasting and intensive relief

My skin is generally

NON SENSITIVE. My symptoms are quite consistent and aren’t generally worsened by things like temperature or soaps
SENSITIVE. My symptoms are often triggered by things like soaps and cosmetics and my skin can feel worse in dry and cold climates

I'd class my symptoms as...
